Same Day Service: Available when parts are in stock and repair is straightforward

Complex Repairs: May take longer due to parts ordering or technical complexity

Data Recovery: Time varies based on damage severity (1-7 days typically)

Parts & Quality

Quality Parts: We use high-quality, compatible parts for all repairs

OEM Parts: Original equipment manufacturer parts when available and requested

Compatible Parts: High-quality compatible alternatives when OEM parts are unavailable

Part Sourcing: We source parts from reputable suppliers to ensure quality and reliability

Customer Responsibilities

Data Backup: Customers are responsible for backing up their data before repair

Device Condition: Please inform us of any existing damage or previous repairs

Collection: Devices should be collected within 30 days of completion

Payment: Payment is due upon collection or completion of repair
